Background: George advises that the photo was taken on August 23, 2011 from the new South Street Bridge. He had bicycled into the city along the Schuylkill River Trail and wanted to capture this great view of Center City from the newly open South Street Bridge which offers one of the best views of the Philadelphia Skyline.
