Some other things to mention with books: - index,
- CD or not,

- binding,
- etc.
Reviewer name and very, very short bio with a 72 dpi resolution jpeg photo of yourself, 640H x 480W.
Completed review should be sent to the MLMUG Vendor Liaison, as specified on
this page.
